What is whomso?

whomso is a prospect and customer management tool. It is the simplest way to move companies or clients from their first follow up call, through to onboarding complete.

We do this through the use of microsites. These are personalised workspaces that contain deal specific information — this might be case studies, product demos, links or mutual action plans. Whatever you need to keep momentum.

Microsites in detail

Each microsite is customised to the company you're targeting. This includes their logo and brand colours. Each microsite has their own link too, meaning that only those in receipt of the site link will be able to access it.

These microsites are available to the company throughout the deal process via the same link. Sites are editable at all times and can be adapted based on the changing needs of the deal — it's unlikely that a site built after a discovery call will look the same as one that has started onboarding.

At this point, you're probably thinking that this takes a lot of time. We felt strongly about removing tasks from commercial teams' workload, not adding to it. So we made whomso a HubSpot native product.

What is a HubSpot native product?

As a HubSpot native product whomso integrates deeply with HubSpot's core functionality. Whilst you can use whomso via our web app, you can also do every task within your CRM.

We built our product this way because:

  1. HubSpot is the source of truth for most commercial teams. By integrating directly, the collaborative data we generate appears where teams already work. No duplication of effort.

  2. These teams are already familiar with HubSpot's interface. Rather than adding another standalone tool, we wanted to avoid the switching costs associated with new tools.

As a native product, whomso depends on HubSpot's data and requires a HubSpot connection to function effectively. And although we're biased, we think HubSpot benefits massively from the additional functionality whomso brings.
