Overview

whomso allows for unlimited users, but you must add individuals to your workspace before they can create or edit anything.

To add a user, go to Settings and scroll down to the Team section.

From there, you can invite users to the whomso platform. Once invited, they will receive an email with an invitation link. They must accept the invitation to gain access.

Permissions

whomso is primarily a HubSpot extension that works within the HubSpot CRM app. This means that users do not necessarily need direct access to Whomso to create a microsite.

Anyone with access to your HubSpot CRM can create a microsite using a template. However, to edit the microsite, they will need access to whomso’s interface.
